additions and improvements we have made to the 18th Annual Strawberry Festival
which we feel will bring more people to our festival.

Saturday June 7, 2008 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday June 8, 2008 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Staffing -
You are responsible for personally staffing (or
insuring that someone is present at your display) during the above hours. |
|
Display Space -
For the three days of the Festival, each CRAFTER
will have a 12’ x 12’ area for crafter’s own tent. EACH CRAFTER WILL PROVIDE
OWN TENT. |

Check-in-Times
-
Instructions
for checking in on Thursday evening (after 6 p.m.) or Friday morning (between
7 am and 8 am) will be sent with the Festival entry acceptance.
|
|
Supplies
-
Bring whatever you need to display your work
(for example: tables, easels, temporary walls). Tables must be covered
to hide supplies stored underneath. For electricity, bring your own 50'
14 gage extension cords. |
|
Security
-
Security guards will patrol the park from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. |
|
Insurance
-
Any loss or injury to you or your employees, work or supplies
during the Festival is solely your
responsibility. You must arrange for and pay for you own insurance. |
|
Cancellation
-
Your Strawberry Festival entry fee will be refunded if you cancel
before May 17, 2008. |
