Event Location: Grove City Memorial Park, West Main Street, Route 58, Grove City, PA 16127
Days/Hours*: Friday June 8 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday June 9 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday June 10 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*You are responsible for personally staffing (or
insuring that someone is present) at your display during the above hours
AND FOR ALL THREE DAYS.
Display Space: For the three days of the Festival, each vendor will have a 12’ x 12’ area. Tents, canopies, tables, chairs, easels, temporary walls, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor. Tables must be covered to hide supplies stored underneath.
Once your space has been assigned, there will be no changes or moving allowed.
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN THE
VENDOR AREAS.
Electricity: Electricity is only available in designated areas and by prior arrangement. You must request electric if needed. There is a $10.00 fee for electrical usage. The vendor must provide own
50’ 14 gauge extension cord(s).
Check-In Times: Instructions for checking in on Thursday evening (after 6 p.m.) or Friday morning (between
7 a.m. and 8 a.m.) will be sent with the Festival Entry Acceptance Letter. Vendors will be permitted to unload at their assigned area. After unloading, all vendors must park at Grove City High School which is directly beside Memorial Park. This includes all RV’s. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Security: Security will be provided by the Festival and will patrol the park from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Insurance: You must arrange and pay for your own insurance. Grove City Strawberry Days and/or the Borough of Grove City shall not be responsible for any damage, theft, or injury to vendors’ person or property.
Cancellation: Your Strawberry Days Festival Entry Fee will be refunded if you cancel before May 1, 2012.

Entry Requirements: The completed application with entry fee. Preference will be given to entries on a
“first come – first serve” basis.
A self-addressed, stamped envelope or an email address must be included with your application for you to receive your entry notification.
If you are a first time vendor, four photos showing all types of work offered for sale
(do not send samples).
For website feature, send a photo or business card and an additional $5.00.

refunded if all or part of the Festival is
cancelled due to inclement weather over which the
Strawberry Days Festival Committee has no
control.
